Electrical skills/qualification would be desired. Ideal would be someone who has worked in and understands the demands of a fast-paced production environment.

Maintenance: Ensure general upkeep of machinery and equipment based on the site Preventative Maintenance schedule
Production: Rectification of machine / site equipment faults / breakdowns
Continuous Improvement: contribute to ongoing continuous improvement projects

You'd need to possess good problem solving and troubleshooting skills, Identifying and analysing faults causing machine stoppages or under performance, and making repairs/improvements.

Basic Requirements:
· Knowledge and understanding of production procedures
· Awareness of injection moulding processes, techniques and implementation
· Willing to undertake specific training i.e. electrical training
· Good analytical and practical skills
· A logical and methodical approach to their duties
